I have read in many different books and learned from different sources that a lot of successful people use visualization to achieve their goals. Visualization is a technique which uses mental images and positive thinking to assist in achieving what you want. It is thought to be a very powerful technique. You can develop a blueprint for the future by visualizing your goals in your mind and feeling the positive thoughts that your goals represent. Positive thoughts are essential in producing a positive outcome.

Define Your Intention
Visualize your intention. The more specific you are with your intention the more specific the results. Whatever you believe is what you will do. When you are thinking of your purpose or goal make sure it is:

To the Point
Attainable
Show Responsibility for Your Intention
To attain what you want you must take action and practice visualization every day for at least 5 minutes daily.
Take Responsibility
Be accountable for yourself
Make a commitment to visualize everyday for at least 6 weeks straight
Be patient as well as persistent
Keep positive and believe in what you want
Relax
Relaxation allows you direct access to your subconscious mind.
Make sure you find a quiet place – take the phone off of the hook
Get comfortable
Focus on your breathing and totally relax your mind and body
Visualize
Once you are relaxed and focused, visualize your goals and what you want in your mind.
Think and speak your goals out load
Close your eyes and imagine yourself in the situation, whether it is a new job that you want, a happy household, a new house, peace, whatever it is see it in your imagination.
